The Hanger became our home, a team of both Air New Zealand Staff and Thoughtfull came together to explore and create the future of Air Travel. Such projects are rare and exciting. Through successive sprint cycles we moved from wide research and exploration through to full scale physical prototyping. We defined new propositions, products, services and experiences across all cabins for Air New Zealand's diverse clientele.
