ThoughtFull were invited to help ASB define and build a new branch value proposition.
In an accelerating world of digitised service delivery the role of a physical bank branch was unclear. ASB asked Thoughtfull to help define and build a new branch value proposition, one that would be useful and relevant to its customers, meaningful for staff to work in and efficient and profitable for the organisation.

Future Aircraft Cabin Experience

The next generation of 787 ultra-long haul aircraft were on their way, and Air New Zealand asked Thoughtfull to help them understand what the future of long haul air travel might look like in order to ensure they were poised to secure and maintain competitive and sustainable advantage for the business in 2025 and beyond.

Les Mills international wanted to create an experience to attract a younger customer to the Les Mills offering. Inspired by the music festival experience and advances in motion graphics they sought to create a new and exciting offering in the fitness industry.

After a spate of high profile violent incidents in Henderson, Auckland. A team was comprised to inform a united understanding of the barriers to safety, present possible solutions to foster a safer town centre and inform both local and regional policies.
